About Psychotherapy & Counselling

With over two decades of professional experience, I provide integrative psychotherapy and couples counselling services. My areas of focus include managing anxiety disorders (social anxiety, performance-related stress, panic episodes, phobias, and generalized anxiety), EMDR therapy, relationship counselling, depression support, building self-worth, enhancing intimacy, and life direction guidance.
